All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently have a free shipping special. This applies to our flat rate, serving customers worldwide.

Due to the high demand of our special, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to postal service issues, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.
